Adizah Tejani is a London-based technology and venture capital leader with 15 years of experience across fintech, product, and corporate innovation. She began her career in social impact, scaling the edtech nonprofit Apps for Good in 2011, before joining the founding team of Level39, one of Europe’s leading fintech accelerators. Her early exposure to startup ecosystems led her into fintech product roles, notably as the first EMEA marketing hire at San Francisco-based payments startup Token. At HSBC, she advanced from leading digital product partnerships to becoming a Global Portfolio Manager within the Corporate Venture Capital team, overseeing investments in enterprise and fintech companies worldwide. Alongside her professional career, she co-founded Filanthropy, a giving network designed for young professionals.

Recognized among the Financial Times EMpower Top 100 Ethnic Minority Executives and Innovate Finance’s Top Women in Fintech, she is also an advisor to True Ventures. With an MSc in Management & Leadership from Cranfield and recognition as a Chartered Manager Fellow, Adizah blends ecosystem building, venture investing, and leadership with a commitment to technology and social impact.
